          Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Florida

1966-1969 Civil Engineer Corps. Assistant Public Works Officer for a Marine Corps Air Station including assistant ROICC.

1969-1985 Officer in RMCB program (Sea Bee's). Served as Company Commander, Training Officer, Operations Officer and selected as Battalions Commander for RNCB-14. Served RNCB-3 as Training Officer and EFD Naural South as Executive Officer.
