Florida Building Code 2007 with 2009 Supplements, August 12, 2010 Edition
The Aluminum Structures Design Manual is a text of building systems and specifications using hollow, self mating, and snap aluminum extrusions. The manual sections contain connection details and allowable span tables for framing component parts.
The 11 x 17 sections available include Screened Enclosures, Attached and Freestanding Covers & Utility Sheds, Screen Acrylic & Vinyl Rooms, Glass & Modular Rooms, Structures with Wood Frame Walls (includes wood deck), Roof Overs, Guardrails, Handrails & Awnings.

11" x 17" sections of the Aluminum Structures Design Manual are currently available for purchase by licensed building contractors through suppliers of aluminum building materials. A list of suppliers is available on this website. Current Suppliers. Only engineering sets with raised seal and completed front cover legend are acceptable as submittal to building departments for permit.
Bennett Engineering Group, Inc. requires licensed contractors who wish to purchase and use the Aluminum Structures Design Manual have a signed Masterfile Agreement on file and take the Lawrence E. Bennett's Design of Aluminum Structures course every two years. When these requirements are met, the contractor will receive an authorization card and be included in our list of Authorized Users allowing him to purchase the engineering from suppliers.
